I recently wrote 3 tricks to camouflage your midsection, and that post made me realize how many women struggle with the other parts of their bodies. For some people, problem areas can make a huge difference in how they feel about themselves overall. So this entire month, I'm going to cover four other problem areas and give you tips on how you can create looks that will help you feel more confident and beautiful.
Next up, how to lengthen your short legs:
I'm 5' 4" or 5'5" depending on who's measuring me (lol), so I know all about the short people struggle. While I'm conscious of all the challenges shorter women may face, I don't let it hinder me. I try to create looks that best suit my short stature and help me slay.
Here's how you can do the same:
1) Wear sandals with thin straps and cutouts. Because the more toe cleavage there is, the longer your legs appear.

2) Avoid shoes and boots with heavy textures that make you appear even shorter.

3) Pair tops with long sleeves and high necklines with cropped bottoms to pull all the attention down to your legs.

4) Wear nude and skin tone shoes and sandals that make your legs appear longer.

5) Always wear skirts and dresses that fall above the knee, because longer hems can make you look a lot shorter than you actually are.
